The listing process we follow here at Farm Locations is super simple; we are here to guide you through each step, at a pace to suit you.
The first stage of the process is the main decision-making phase; here for us to see whether we can take things forward for you but also, just as importantly, for you to decide on whether we are the right Locations Agency for your farm.
To help us in this decision-making, we ask for completion of a couple of questionnaires, specially designed to cover all the different aspects and features your farm may offer for shoots. The submission of some sample photographs are vital at this stage of the process too to ensure we can visualise sufficiently what your farm has to offer.
Early in the process we also arrange a discovery call with you, where we can learn more about you and the farm but to also give you an opportunity to ask us any questions. Our ‘Becoming a Farm Location’ starter pack is normally sent to you electronically following on from the call, to provide you with details of how we work as a readable document.
Once decisions have been made to go ahead and we look to complete a listing for your farm, we discuss marketing name options with you (How do we come up with our Marketing Names?) and make sure we have all that is needed to create an online webpage for the farm – this normally requires you to send over more images of the farm in order to create a full gallery of photos.
We then move on to our Agency Agreement, which is sent electronically to you to sign. When the Agency Agreement has been agreed by yourself and further countersigned by us, we will then get to work with creating an online listing for your farm.
Once the listing is complete and your farm has its very own webpage on our website, you will received an excited email from us to let you know your farm is live and ready for view.
We do our best to visit your farm too at some stage, more likely once your farm is live and we have witnessed some interest in the location. For farms inside the M25, you are guaranteed a visit from us early on.
