The house itself is predominantly Georgian, with sections dating back to the 13th century, evident in its charming inglenook fireplaces and exposed timber beams. Adding to its versatility, two empty semi-detached cottages stand in open fields, offering a blank canvas for creative projects.

FACILITIES AT THE FARM

A crew base can be provided with access to toilet facilities and make up/wardrobe space.

There is plenty of hardstanding parking on site and also at a second location 5 minutes drive away.

There is a cafe on site. There are numerous catering and accommodation options in the vicinity

GETTING TO SKYLARK FARM

Mainline trains run from London Victoria to Billingshurst Train Station. The Farm is then a 10 minute car ride from the station.

The Farm is under 30 miles from Brighton.

Central London is approximately 2 hours by car.
