An unusual farm location, Poets Farm offers atmospheric, eerier disrepair, stunning water landscapes and working farm aspects too, all in one easy-to-reach location, just outside the M25.
Once the home of esteemed poet John Milton, the manor house at Poets Farm now sits derelict and abandoned amongst parkland with ancient trees and a flowing river beside it. In its crumbling state, the bygone grandeur is now faded and eerie, along with the outlying ancient bird house and red-brick courtyard of Victorian buildings.
Poets Farm is also a working farm with functioning agricultural buildings, hard standing and 60+ acres of grass, arable fields and sunflowers. Rare breed cattle graze along the banks of the river and the two large open water lakes. You’ll also find two isolated, small cottages at Poets Farm, with separate access and  again in a state of disrepair. They make for a perfect hideout set within the wilderness of Greater London.

GETTING TO POETS FARM

Trains run from London to Wraysbury train station or the Elizabeth line to Langley. The farm is only a 15 minute drive from either station.

Central London is approximately 1 hour drive.

Shepperton and Pinewood Studios are both approximately 20 minutes drive by car.
