Late last year, I had an enquiry in for “grasses” and presented a few farms from Farm Locations which offered wild meadows, wilderness areas or watercourse reeds and suchlike. Feedback from the producer was that these shoot locations weren’t dramatic and high enough to surround a model, and so I asked around. An existing landowner with her own flower plot kindly suggested ideas, and I came across the wonderful owners of Land Farm. The search was solved. Land Farm has an 8 acre prairie garden and it fitted the bill. This prairie shoot location truly is one of a kind.
So far the photo shoots have involved a fragrance brand in the grasses (more to be revealed soon once the ad campaign goes live), and then only last month did a photographer capture the “burning of the grasses” in an experimental editorial piece. Dramatic to say the least!
The owners of the prairie shoot location are perfect hosts. They warmly welcome shoot crews, with excellent parking, a lovely crew base and a home-made catering offering.
The prairie is just one part of what Land Farm has to offer. How about Shetland sheep and a Bassett hound too? Take a look at the full Land Farm details here, and drop Jo a line of enquiry.
