Castle Farm, SY4
Castle Farm has been preserved in its own time capsule, allowing film makers and photographers to step back into the early 19th century.
The 600 acre estate extends around a 13 bedroom Georgian farmhouse and its farmstead, complete with original threshing barn, stabling, coach house, cattle byres, cart sheds and plenty more. These ancient buildings have recently been repaired, sensitively, with support from Natural England, to ensure the deep architectural history of Castle Farm remains intact. The working farm operation is based principally therefore in more recent additions at the far end of the farmyard.
- Un-modernised Georgian farmhouse, with whole rooms untouched since the 1820s (including boot room with bread oven, and separate dairy), and servants quarters on the top floor, untouched since the 1940s

Ample parking with plenty of hard standing and concrete areas.
There are 3 cottages on location sleeping up to 22. Loo, kitchen and warm base areas can also be provided for on site, as well as a catering service.
Getting to the Farm
Shrewsbury station is 10 minutes by taxi.
Central London is approximately 3hrs 15 minutes by car.
