Redcoat Farm is a truly unusual location featuring a main house of 2 halves, seamlessly blending historical elegance with natural charm. It showcases a striking duality, with a stately Georgian facade at the front and a quaint country cottage aesthetic at the back.  Nestled within a diverse landscape, the location features a picturesque lake, meticulously-maintained formal gardens opening out to acres of wild grass fields and woodland. The latter is dotted with tracks and pathways leading to planted clearings and bridges crossing streams. Complementing the main house are other farmhouses, cottages and unusual buildings set across the shoot location, including a currently empty, unoccupied house. A crew base with WC and kitchen facilities is available on site. There is plenty of hardstanding and grass parking across the farm with nearby access to generators.
There are various options for takeaway and delivery catering in nearby Guildford.

GETTING TO REDCOAT FARM

Trains go direct from London Waterloo to Guildford station. The farm is then a 12 minute car ride.
Travel time to Central London is approx. 1.5hrs by car.
