Bushey Farm, SN7
An historic 18th-century estate spanning 1,000 acres, Bushey Farm’s land and it’s diversity of rural buildings offer a stunning, pastoral backdrop for film, TV and photography. What truly sets this location apart is its remarkable blend of architectural charm integrated seamlessly within its landscape. The estate’s rolling terrain transitions from wildflower meadows to orchards, sweeping parkland and immaculate formal gardens that overlook a vast, serene lake. Scattered throughout are quintessential English cottages, beautifully restored 18th-century stables, and a striking yellow-brick farmhouse, sensitively renovated, that radiates quiet elegance. Adding to its depth and character, the estate also features untouched, timeworn spaces, including a weathered old estate yard and a secluded woodcutter’s barn at the forest’s edge. A picture-perfect white stone church stands as a timeless focal point, while an empty farmhouse, frozen in time, offers an evocative blank canvas for both interior and exterior shoots. With its captivating mix of beauty and authenticity, Bushey Farm is a true hidden gem, offering an appealing variety of settings for film, TV and photoshoots.
