Set within Devon’s rolling hills, Spring Farm is a working family farm, with an attractive and unusual cluster of houses and buildings.

The cobbled courtyard features a Barton of historic stone barns; two of which have been converted into a house and adjoining annexe with stylish modern interiors. Areas of the courtyard remain untouched with derelict buildings including an old red brick gatehouse. The gatehouse links to a charming Court house, complete with traditional interiors, a cottage garden and a neighbouring church. The farm offers plenty of outdoor space amongst fields of crops, wild meadows, grassland and its very own walnut tree plantation.

Bordering the Grand Western canal, Spring Farm also offers direct waterside access along the banks and via the landing stage, with a collection of boats on offer.

FACILITIES AT THE FARM

There is plenty of hardstanding for parking of crew vehicles, along with further field use if needed. A crew base is available at the farm, with exclusive use of the annexe and its downtime areas, fully-equipped kitchen, toilets and several bedrooms available for wardrobe / dress changes.

Spring Farm offers a ‘Shoot and Stay’ option, providing overnight accommodation at the farm, rooms can be provided within the Court house, the main converted barn or the annexe, depending on requirements.

Local independent caterers to provide catering onsite can be recommended upon request. There is also a village pub (serving food and with overnight rooms) and a motorway service area including hotel and food options within 2miles of the farm.

GETTING TO SPRING FARM

Trains run from London Paddington to Tiverton Parkway (approx 2 hours). The farm is only two miles from Tiverton Parkway station. The farm is also only 15 minute drive from Tiverton bus station, which provides services to/from London.

Central London is approximately 3 hours by car.
